Caliber Collision

Initially, I was frustrated because my vehicle was repaired using replacement parts that did not fit properly. Naturally, I was disappointed that the issue was not identified before the vehicle was returned to me. At the time, I believed this was a repair shop issue. After speaking with Bob, I gained a much better understanding of the repair process. He explained that Caliber Collision must follow the parts approvals and repair guidelines provided by the insurance company. I now understand that the parts issue was not caused by Caliber Collision simply trying to cut corners, but by the insurance-approved repair process. What truly impressed me was how Bob handled the situation. He personally called me several times, listened carefully to my concerns, and never made me feel like I was being ignored. He took ownership of resolving the issue, arranged for someone to pick up my vehicle from my home, had the correct parts installed, and returned my car to me the very same day. That level of customer service is rare. Bob was professional, respectful, honest, and genuinely cared about making things right. He kept me updated throughout the process, followed through on everything he prom

The crew at CC is amazing! They did an excellent job on my car. You can't even tell she was in an accident! They even got her paint color perfect which I was a little anxious about. I am very pleased with the outcome! Thank you Caliber Collision!

Caliber Collison in Rockford is simply incredible! I have needed their services twice in 14 months and so I can say they consistently perform at a very high level of competence, friendliness, and professionalism. Hannah and Justin provide perhaps the highest level of customer service I've ever experienced in any realm. If you vehicle has seen brighter days do not hesitate to bring it to them. They will brighten your day. They are a blessing to work with.

My car was brand new when it was hit. I was worried about the color match and would accept nothing but a job that no one could tell the car had been damaged. I am not disappointed and will tell anyone who might inquire. You can use this company with confidence.

I had a fantastic experience with Caliber Collision! After a trailer came off the hitch and caused damage to my rear bumper and backup sensors, I was understandably stressed about the repair process. From start to finish, Caliber Collision completely exceeded my expectations. From the moment I dropped off my SUV, the team was professional, communicative, and truly reassuring. The team did an amazing job on the repair--my SUV looks brand new, and you'd never know anything had happened. What really stood out was their exceptional communication. They sent daily text updates so I always knew where things stood. Even when there was a small hiccup with a part, Justin (the adjuster) went above and beyond to explain the situation. He was professional, kind, and genuinely apologetic--something you don't always see in this industry. The service was not only high-quality, but also personal and reassuring. The repair itself was flawless--my SUV looks perfect. I felt completely at ease throughout the process. Caliber Collision, you've earned a customer for life--though I sincerely hope I won't be needing your services again anytime soon! Thank you!! I highly recommend Caliber Collision!
